CALM . RELAX . SOOTHE
Built for people who push their bodies, suffer from irritating 'tired legs' & struggle with sleep. Double the strength of our regular cream, it's the one to massage into tight, tense muscles before you train and into aching, overworked ones after - helping you warm up looser and recover faster.
Some customers also find it eases 'tired legs' and helps them switch off & relax for a better night's sleep, as well as reduce anxiety, so it's worth keeping by the bed as well as in your gym bag.
A more concentrated magnesium formula
Our balm contains 3.6% magnesium chloride, compared with 1.764% in our Magnesium Cream PLUS. That’s more than twice the magnesium concentration in a balm format.
What does Magnesium Chloride do?
How to use
Massage a small amount into clean, dry, intact skin on the area required. For sleep massage into your feet or calves 15mins before bed. Directions on the packaging.
Precautions
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Keep out of reach of children.
Patch test before first use and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Follow the age restrictions and precautions on the packaging.
Magnesium levels: 180mg per 5g dose of balm (or 3.6% of Mg)
*Some tingling on the skin when using this product is normal due to lack of magnesium in the body. This will cease once levels are increased within the body. Can be used by all age groups.
NB: Everyone's bodies are different, some people find using this balm a game changer and life saver, others it might take some time to work and others it doesn't help. It really depends what is the cause of your issues. However, you will be getting a high dose of important magnesium into your body!

INTERNATIONAL
EU
Due to recent changes in the UK’s product safety regulations (known as the GPST requirements), we are unable to send orders to Northern Ireland or any EU member state.
The new rules require UK businesses to appoint an authorised representative within the EU, alongside several additional compliance obligations. Unfortunately, the cost and administrative burden make this unfeasible for a small business like Livvy B.
Failure to meet the new requirements carries significant penalties, including substantial fines, which means we cannot safely fulfil orders to these locations at this time.
We hope to resume EU shipping in the future if regulations change or become more accessible for small UK retailers.
USA SHIPPING
Livvy B is based in the United Kingdom and can ship orders to customers in the United States. As international shipping costs vary widely depending on the size, weight and destination of the parcel, we do not offer automatic US shipping rates at checkout.
If you are ordering from America, please contact us directly for an accurate shipping quote before placing your order. Delivery times will also vary depending on your location and the processing times of US customs and postal services.
