It's an unfortunate fact, but most of us will know someone that has suffered at the hands of mental health.

Livvy B was born from first-hand experience and it is our aim to raise awareness of teenage mental health.

The teenagers we work show great strength and determination, and we are thankful that we are able to help each and everyone one of them, even if only in a small way, as the journey for most is long.

Our iconic patterns are created in-house by teenagers who have or are experiencing a challenging time in their lives. Their designs are handmade in the UK supporting UK manufacturing, and India where skilled artisans use traditional hand block printing techniques.

Our Indian factory was so inspired by our work with teenagers, they asked if they could take on our concept and have employed student apprentices on our account, giving them experience in the world of interiors and block printing.

Not only do we work with teenagers on our designs but we also employ them within our business wherever possible. If there is a certain industry they are keen to pursue we will do our best to give them experiences in these areas. These have included:

• Writing
• Sales
• Photography
• Styling
• Customer Service
• Modelling

We are also in the process of starting a scheme to match up teenagers with professionals in jobs they are keen to experience helping to empower their futures.

We donate 10% of our profits to Mental Health charities such as Mind, as it is a topic close to our hearts that is very much underfunded.
